We understand that you might need to return something and we'll always do our best to help.
That said, we do have a process for returns which we ask you to respect.
We will only accept goods if you have obtained a returns number from us first. If you send something back without a returns number your goods will be returned. The authorisation process is quick and simple. PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to accept returns for any paper products.
Please contact us using the online Contact Us form or by telephone or email, quoting your order number and the item's you want to return. We'll also need to know the reason for the return, the condition of each item and its packaging and whether a replacement is required.
If everything is okay we'll issue a returns number and contact you to sort out the physical return of the goods.
We supply businesses, not members of the public, so we may refuse to accept goods back which were ordered in error or which are no longer required. If we do decide to accept these returns we may charge a re-stocking fee. The manufacturer's packaging is deemed to be part of the product for the purposes of the Distance Selling Regulations, so it must be returned in perfect condition.
There are a few items which can't be returned for health, safety or technical reasons. These include foods and drinks and replacement projector lamps.
